Outreach is a principal ministry of our church. The Outreach Ministry mission is to provide local, regional and global outreach and to encourage members of the parish to participate in these activities.
We are always looking for ways to expand our support of those people in need in our area. The Outreach team is interested in collaborating with other community agencies to expand our ministry. We encourage your ideas and new members are always welcome to our team.

- St Mark's collects canned goods, dry goods, and toiletries for the Foxboro Food Pantry to assist those in need in our community. Items are gathered continuously and presented as an offering by the children on the first Sunday of each month. The mission of the Foxboro Food Pantry is to provide food to eligible Foxboro residents who are experiencing economic hardship. They serve individual residents and families in a respectful and dignified manner. St. Mark's is a founding member of the food pantry.
- We collaborate with the Episcopal Relief & Development (ERD), an arm of the Episcopal Church in the United States dedicated to national and world-wide disaster relief. In the past, our parishioners have responded generously and the Outreach Ministry have been able to contribute matching donations.
- The New Trading Post is a consignment shop and ministry of St. Mark's located at 6 Central St. Foxboro, MA. The NTP offers gently used clothing at remarkably low prices for all in our community and especially those who are in need.
- St. Mark's is one of five Episcopal parishes in the area that supports One Family, A Mission of Unity, a collaborative ministry that wants to develop stronger community among the residents of greater Attleboro through food, friendship, and fun! One Family offers families with children a safe place to eat a meal, play games, and make art and music. At the end of the monthly breakfast event, each household receives a gift bag with necessary items (for example, paper towels) not covered by SNAP benefits. Twice annually, St. Mark’s sponsors the breakfast providing the food for our guests and we are committed to supply laundry detergent throughout the year.
- At the beginning of summer, parishioners contribute generously to our appeal for backpacks and school supplies. The collection is then distributed by the Foxboro Discretionary Fund to children in need in our area.
- Every year in November and December we put up the Giving Tree in the narthex on which parishioners contribute hats, gloves and mittens for distribution to the needy by the Foxboro Discretionary Fund.
