Several St. Mark’s parishioners knit or crochet prayer shawls for the church. They are available for all people to take to give for illness, difficult times or encouragement. We also give one to each child who is baptized at St. Mark’s.

Please feel free to take one if you feel it would help to support someone. We have received many positive comments of appreciation from those who have received one.  They are located in the robing room near the sacristy in a bin. Ask a church leader and they can get one to you. 

If you would like to contribute to this ministry, we have many easy patterns or you can find one on the internet. Search prayer shawl patterns and there will be many you can print. ​Every loving stitch contains a special prayer - That God will send His peace to you and keep you in His care.
